Refund Policy

At The OutSpoken Collective, we are committed to providing meaningful services that promote mental wellness and community impact. Due to the nature of our work and the resources involved in scheduling and preparation, our refund policy is outlined below:
🔹 Donations & Sponsorships
All donations made to The OutSpoken Collective are final and non-refundable. These funds are used to support individuals and families on their mental health journey and are distributed shortly after they are received.
🔹 Workshop Registrations / Event Tickets

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 3–6 days of the event may be eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

If an event is canceled by The OutSpoken Collective, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.
🔹 Speaking Engagements / Services
For services booked with Shaunterrice Kendrick (keynotes, workshops, consultations):

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

Full payment is due by the date agreed upon in your service agreement.

If you cancel the engagement more than 14 days in advance, you may receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit).

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

Include your full name, reason for the refund request, and any relevant order or booking details. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
